For those of you that wanted these recipies, here they are:
Chicken Pot Pie
In the bottom of a 9x13 pan, press a (store bought! :) pie crust. Bake at 350 for about 10 min. Meanwhile, melt 1 stick of butter in a saucepan. Add flour until its pretty thick, season (+ salt and pepper) to taste. When flour is pretty thick add 2 c milk, stirring constantly. (This is a basic white sauce)
When it is the consistency you want it, add 2 c chicken broth and simmer on low until ready. (Basically, you are making a white sauce chicken gravy, so that's the consistancy you are going for).
Add in cut up chicken (I usually do about 2 c of chicken breast cubed, but its really all in your preferences) and mixed vegetables (I usually keep a lg bag of frozen mixed vegs from Walmart in the freezer and add vegs until the pot is overflowingly full - my kids eat the vegetables in this really well.) and bring to a boil.
Pour your saucepan mix over the already somewhat baked bottom crust and cover with the other (also store bought!) crust. Poke a couple of vent holes in the top (or if you're like me, you'll probably rip it a couple times getting it spread out...)
Bake at 350 for 35-40 min (this was my change, the original recipie called for 400 for 20 min, but I liked my crust on a slower bake than that. The original recipie also didn't have the bottom crust baked first, but I thought it was too soggy without that.)

Better than Matthew McConaughey/ Robert Redford Cake
Bake a cake according to directions on the box (Lets face it, if its not chocolate, its just not worth it. :)
When cooled, poke a lot of holes in the top of the cake, twisting the knife a bit as it comes out of the cake to make the hole slightly bigger.
Pour caramel ice cream topping and sweetened condensed milk on top of the cake and use a knife to get it into the holes and sides of the cake.
Ice with cool whip and top with heath chips.

Put a German Chocolate cake mix into a bowl and cut in a stick of butter until the whole cake mix is cut into the butter. (this may take a little while). Press half of this onto the bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake for 10 min at 350. Sprinkle on (lots of) chocolate chips over the bottom crust and spoon over one can of coconut pecan frosting. Mix in 1/2 c of milk into the remaining cake/butter mix and spoon over as evenly as possible. Bake for 20 min or until done. Let cool. Cut the brownies and then place into the fridge. They really taste much, much better when cold, so be sure to eat them directly out of the fridge.
